The performance characteristics of the ThermoSint 220 grease allow it to be used under high loads, in the widest possible temperature range, as well as in contact with water. The grease is recommended for use when a long service life is required in closed systems, as well as when usual greases do not perform complex operational tasks. 
ThermoSint 220 EP2 is developed to substitute the traditional universal blue mineral-based automotive lubricants in the highly loaded wheel hub bearings of vehicles in cold and Arctic climates. ThermoSint 220 EP1, due to its excellent pumping capacity at low temperatures, is recommended for use in centralized systems of vehicles and industrial equipment.

TermoSint 220 grease operates in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, for a short time up to 200°C. High antioxidant properties and low evaporative capacity of Polyalphaolefin base oil ensure a long service life in closed systems at high temperatures. The grease has a good pumping capacity, creates minimal starting and working loads, contributes to energy saving. Excellent mechanical stability characteristics allow the ThermoSint 220 grease to maintain its performance and consistency throughout its service life. TermoSint 220 series grease has good adhesion to metals, lubricates the surface of products well against corrosion, retains its functional characteristics when used in contact with water.
