TermoSint 1000 M
TermoSint 1000 grease are recommended for lubrication of heavily loaded bearings of various equipment operating at low and ultra-low speeds in conditions of boundary friction and high temperatures. The most typical example of the use of lubricants in this series is the lubrication of heavily loaded bearings of rotating furnaces.
Highly viscous base oils provide a stable protective oil film on work surfaces at critical loads and temperatures. Excellent antioxidant properties and low evaporation of polyalphaolefin base oils ensure a long service life at elevated temperatures in closed systems. They create minimal starting and working loads, contributes to energy saving. They have good adhesion to metals, protect lubricated surfaces from corrosion, and retain their functional properties when working in contact with water. TermoSint 1000 grease contains solid lubricants in the amount of 11% graphite and 1% molybdenum disulfide.
